Black Bomber + Timbs

Hi guys – I know it’s been a while since I posted, but I swear I have a good excuse! The year has been off to a crazy good start…and I can’t wait to share some of the stuff I have lined up. Everything is kinda hush-hush til’ next week, but stay tuned. In the meantime, I thought I’d share one of my go-to winter ensembles with you. Honestly, in “real-life” (or whatever), especially in the harsh Canadian winter, I couldn’t be bothered to make a huge effort with my outfits. Seriously…it’s too cold for that. So I tend to stick with tried-and-true, comfy, warm pairings. If you see me wandering around Toronto in the winter, chances are this is what I have on. I love this Oak + Fort sweater to death…it is hands down my favourite sweater, and I have witnessed 7 of my friends buying it after me. I probably wear it too much, but I don’t care. It is THE BEST layering piece – it looks great under a leather jacket, a bomber, a camel coat…pretty much anything. And can’t forget the Timbs…ugh, thank God for Timbs. I would probably have have lost a toe or broken my back from falling on ice if it wasn’t for them. In my opinion, there’s no better winter boot. I already had the rubbery-version from last year, but I picked up a fresh new (classic black leather) pair from Union Jack Boots and am loving the more classic silhouette, and how soft and squishy (lol at word choicing) they are.
